Absolutely lovely experience!! Skin feels so much clearer after facial ❤️ Very clean and welcoming spa. Receptionist and staff were excellent and extremely helpful! Hot Stone massage was very relaxing, couldn’t have been better ❤️

Oihana was great. She took time to understand any previous injuries/aches/pains and asked me how firm I like my massage. I could feel her ironing out all my knots and taking time to do this and checking after. My muscles - and I as a whole - feel so much more relaxed! Thank you, as ever, UCLH Staff Spa!

Amazing massage and hydration facial as always. I just wish there was a warm low lighting room you could relax in after your massage for 10-15 mins. That’s the only reason I have 4 stars otherwise I would give 5 stars.

Today, I had the new Natura Bisse treatment and it was impressive. I would like to give a big thanks to the lovely Szandra for the wonderful treatment. As usual it’s a pleasure to pamper myself in the spa. I really recommend the Spa. Also, I would like to give the thanks to the lovely welcoming receptionist.

I had an amazing experience. Everyone was incredibly friendly. I booked an aromatherapy massage and a facial and since entering the Spa until leaving everyone was absolutely fantastic! The best facial treatment - my skin felt incredibly refreshed afterwards. The staff at the clinic was very polite and I felt very well taken care of! My skin felt incredible refreshed afterwards. The masks and massage were definitely my favorite part. I recommend this place for everyone, I will definitely coming back, thank you Arenas Spa.

I had a fantastic hydro facial at Arena Spa and Beauty Clinic! The clinic was spotless and inviting, and the staff were so warm and attentive. It was my first visit to UCLH SPA for Raynor Naturopathic massage, and the experience was very insightful for me, because the approach to the healing was done in a holistic way: I realised that physical and mental pain are colliding in me like waves from two stones dropped into the water. The practitioner promoted a choice for patient to reflect on their own abilities for self-healing through insightful self-realisation and combined it with assistance and help to release physical and mental blockages.
