If you are needing a good assessment of problematic back, neck or shoulder pain, Wayne is the person to see. He is a fantastic sports massage therapist and is very knowledgeable in his field. Has helped me many times over the last few years and offers great advice on maintaining niggles.

Wonderful massage by Lisa. I swam some 5.5 km on sunday in a triathlon and my shoulders and back were very sore and knotted. I asked for a received award massage that has really removed all the kinks and the addition of Tioger Balm meant very deep seated. Will be back again and rated Harmony Tree best massage parlour in Canberra

After a couple of days when I experienced a strong pain on the left side of my lower back, I booked an appointment at Capital Peak Performance. I expected that the massage would help and after 2-3 days I'd be better. Sarah did an amazing job and I couldn't believe that straight after the appointment my pain was almost completely gone. I highly recommend CPP and I'm definitely going back to them in the future. Thank you Sarah for your help!

I had a Thai oil 90 minute massage. Overall it was quite a good massage, but I felt that there was a lot time spent on my back (about an hour or more) that had the same massage movement repeated over the same area without much variation of technique, which does become tedious after a while, and misses areas that need attention. When I’ve had Thai oil before there is stretching done during the massage, but the only stretching I received this time was at the end of the massage for a few minutes on my neck which was so wonderful and enjoyable , and a bit on my arms.

I have been seeing Wayne for months now. When I came to him my back and body were at a point where I could barely workout. Now I am back to my normal active self and with regular appointments keeping the issues I have in check. I know massage therapist and have gone to them all my life. Whether training for a race or a sporting event I have seen my fair share. Wayne is at the top of my list for top therapist I have ever been to. Thank you Wayne!

I had an awful knot in my back that had seized up my back. My massage therapist listened to where I said was giving me a lot of pain and focused on that spot relieving a lot of pain and tension. Such relief. I have never had a bad experience the many times I have been here and will continue to use their services. Highly recommend.

I was amazingly taken care of. The staff were friendly and very helpful. I had a massage, foot reflexology, Indian head massage and facial. My masseuse was incredible, will definitely be coming back :)

Adding a classic facial massage with my hotstone masssge was a great idea. If you want to relieve facial tension, get blood flowing and get the plumpness and glow back on your face..it's a beautiful treatment to try. Jurlique products are use.

Very good remedial massage targeted to my needs.

Excellent massage - my back and neck feel much improved.

Wayne gave a great massage and as always we spoke running and training theory as he worked and he challenged my understood and thoughts. A great massage therapist that I will go back to anytime.
