OMG I had the best experience today at this salon. For the first time, I experienced a hot stone massage and then an amazing facial 😍 I have not felt this relaxed in years! Amazing, I’ve only been once before (used to use an app, but now I book direct. The women are so incredibly lovely and calming the room is perfect temperature and lovely calm dim lighting and smells incredible. They made me feel so at ease, I had a hot oil Thai massage and left feeling like jelly (tis a good thing because I’m an extremely anxious person who isn’t a fan of touch). Will be coming back monthly I hope, can’t wait for my next appointment. Thank you ladies xx

Very friendly staff in a well appointed clean salon on Hanham High Street. Lovely relaxing 1 hour massage with ambient music and aromatherapy tea lights. The masseuse covers your hair so as not to get oil in it and washes her hands before the head massage. She cleaned the oil off my feet at the end with hot flannels. Personally I need a more medical massage for a lower back problem but this certainly relieved aches and tension especially in the neck and shoulders.

Amazing Thai massage by Ann, very professional. It’s released all the tension from my back and neck muscles. The ambience of the room is lovely too and sets you up well for a relaxing session. Will definitely come back!

Amazing, I feel so relaxed and both treatments I had was great 😊 reflexology and back massage.

I’m always delighted with the way Nikki cuts and styles my hair. She takes the time to listen to what I want and is so meticulous. I love that she encourages me to return a week or two later for a tweak, really helpful for curly hair which has a mind of its own! A great head and shoulder massage too!

I had such an amazing time at studio 11! I booked in because two of my friends go here and it was my birthday and my mum was having surgery which I let Kat know and she was so kind. I was worried I might be late because I was at the hospital and she was really understanding even though I wasn’t in the end. She was excited to take on the challenge that was my hair that day and I really loved the outcome. A really nice touch was the neck and head massage. The whole atmosphere at the salon was relaxing, friendly and comfortable.

Just had a deep tissue massage. In the session I could feel my knots disappearing. Where I stated I had problems was honed in on and expertly worked on. This was the main issue I went but at the same time I felt super relaxed throughout. I will certainly be coming back and I cannot recommend this place enough.
