I will suggest Maria to anyone in the world!! She fixed my body and my mind in this past year in a way that I was not able to do myself. She helped me to relieve old muscle knots and drain fluids in my body through a mix of trauma release massages and lymphatic drainages. My body started to feel lighter, my legs less swollen, my period came back after many years of amenorrhea. Had my appointment with Diego today and he made sure I understood the root of my problem and how to deal with it! We did several things and pays attention to detail when trying to figure out the cause of the problem! I went for a 'Relaxation massage' at Holistic Rising yesterday. In terms of the booking process - it was quick and easy, and they offered lots of different time slots. The price was also reasonable, in my opinion - £60 for 60 minutes. The massage and my masseuse, Sharon, were brilliant. She personalised my experience by asking what oil I wanted, if I wanted music or not, what pressure I wanted, and if there were any focus areas. The reason why I haven't given this experience a 5 star rating is because there was quite a lot of chatter outside the room - which made me feel less relaxed.

Just finished a sports massage session with Maria for 1hr and 30mins. She is very professional! She traces the origin of your discomfort and targets the cause of it effectively. Felt so much better right after 1st session! Even though I booked late, she managed to find a more convenient slot for me. Considering I was possibly her last client of the day, she still was very strong and patient with me throughout the session. After which, she gave me some advise to aid recovery. Definitely recommended. I even subscribed for a package right after 😊

Was such a lovely birthday treat getting a massage from Ozlem! She was so friendly and attentive and made me feel really comfortable. The massage was amazing - I had some aches in my back and leg that she worked on with just the right pressure and I felt so much more relaxed afterwards. Definitely recommend booking in for anyone who wants a bit of a pamper.
