I have just had the most wonderful reflexology treatment with Rachel. She is brilliant, she knows so much about each area of your feet and how this relates to each area of your body. I had no idea reflexology can even help with stress and IBS. I would thoroughly recommend her and will be going back soon.

Ruta amazing as always! I started my laser last year and I’m only back every so often for top-ups now. First of all, the service has been so efficient that a huge weight has been lifted from my day-to-day life, with no need for shaving or waxing anymore. With laser not being always completely painless (for me), some sensitive areas tend to be a little more tricky during treatment. Ruta always checks with me and is happy to slow down/go for it as I prefer!

A lovely time once again with Rachel. Always professional, friendly and certainly knows what & where to work on. Today was lower back, kidneys & liver. The first I'd asked for, the others she 'discovered'. Thank you. See you next month.
