Really pleasant experience all around, spa staff were very friendly and accommodating to ensure a female therapist was available despite my error of not noting this on my booking. Massage was definitely among the best I’ve had, incredibly relaxing and energising. (Thai oil combo massage). You can tell the therapists are very passionate about what they do, and really put their everything into creating an experience within the service. Would definitely come back if we are local again.

Magical. Best ever! Masseuse Mam and the receptionists both highly competent and extremely personable. So nuanced rather than one size fits all approach. Post massage tea and biscuits amazing - even better if customers are encouraged to sit somewhere to enjoy it but fantastic it's on offer. Place looks and smells totally clean. Both the receptionists and masseuses are shoe free and i think this sets a high standard from the start and you are treated as royalty and listened to. All too rare these days! Will be back. I had such a deep, relaxing foot massage here. I was welcomed by lovely staff. The changing rooms had secure lockers and the option to shower. The massage room was warm and ambient. The bed was very comfortable. The massage was clearly being given by a very skilled masseuse. At the end I was given a head massage with stretches for my neck. On leaving I was handed a ginger tea to take with me. I floated home. It was exactly what I needed and I’ll come back here for all my massages in the future.

Thank you, Mr. Ice! I had a neck, shoulder, and back massage to address my stiff back, and I left feeling fantastic. The technique and pressure were perfect, providing immediate relief. Ms. Ura did an incredible job. I came in incredibly sore and in pain from running and she made my body feel back to normal again in just 50min. One the best massages I've ever had!

It’s my 4x already to have a Thai massage and each time I come Noom the therapist always have a new massage technique,as always respectful and always check with you if the massage is okey,also make sure your are comfortable and relax.plus the room and the music is so relaxing.so are the cloths you use..no pains after massage you feel revitalised .Definitely will come back and recommend it 100%
