Beautiful 90 mins fully body massage and reflexology. I was floating my way to bed that evening. Lovely little refresh to the treatment room and the shop was looking cosy and Christmasy! Anastasia was amazing as always! Xx

Visage frais was extremely welcoming and attentive, making me feel like I was the only person that mattered. The massage? Absolute magic. I took hydra facial and it was done by Jas. I can see my skin is visibly clean and glowing. Definitely going to book again. Just a suggestion for the outlet manager kindly arrange for some changing gowns if in case a person booked waxing or facials involving neck or back massage. A towel is not enough. Otherwise good service!

Had my first Hydrafacial with Manisha and Nilima very kindly squeezed me in for a brow shape, upper lip & arm wax. I can wholeheartedly say it was the best facial I have ever had! Manisha was professional, thorough and kept me informed on the reasons & benefits of each stage of the treatment. This was the first facial experience I have had where the face was properly massaged during the treatment - something I noticed not many other therapists offer.
