My girls first eyebrow shaping was an excellent experience. The beautician was quick and professional, putting her at ease and making her feel comfortable. She did an excellent job and we will be visiting again.

I have had bad experiences with beauty treatments so I am very fussy I recommending any business. I had the best experience with Imogen this morning. I wanted specific treatment for my brow. She did exactly what I requested...the wax used is the best because there was no red face when I left. There's no burning sensation. She shaped my brow perfectly, no red face... very polite, listening to my wishes, great product. I highly recommend this place for the service, product and proximity to Newcastle in general. Parking was great as well. I am a very satisfied customer and I will be back.
