Kim’s hand are so gentle and light, I haven’t felt any pain or discomfort at all, after months of not having any waxing procedure due to covid19, i thought it would be uncomfortable but thanks to Kim, she made my visit absolutely great! Will definitely come back. ❤️

Had my second appointment with Justine yesterday and she really does put you completely at ease throughout the visit. She’s super friendly and very informative and has made both appointments a breeze! Krissie was brilliant as usual, I highly recommend the 3 treatment package, it's such a good choice plus the combo of the back massage, facial and Indian head massage was the best, always feel amazing when I leave there, can't wait for my next one.

Treatment went well. Wasn’t sure exactly what to expect but Cam gave me as much info as she could as to what I may experience. It was an uncomfortable experience when certain parts of my face were being treated but I felt that it was tolerable. I was pleased with the professional approach Cam presented. Thank you.

I had put in the comment box I was self conscious and from the second I walked in her room she was warm and welcoming , before I knew it I felt very at ease and we got in great . Had my 1st Hollywood wax session with Justine, cannot recommend her enough!! Was put at ease straight away, she was gentle with the waxing as being pregnant makes it more sensitive. The salon, CM Aesthetics, was modern and clean with a friendly approach from everyone I came across. Great experience, especially when you can have a laugh during the session.

I love going to Caroline to get my ‘face fixed’! Great value for money, exceptionally friendly, home from home experience that puts you at ease. Caroline is always professional. Going to Caroline’s is my treat to myself, couldn’t imagine going anywhere else!
