Just amazing. I had a full body massage with scalp and face and it was bliss. I don’t get much time to myself at all but for an hour and a half you have complete indulgence. Jess is so attentive, completely professional and goes that extra mile to ensure your treatment is perfect for you. Pristine facilities and so very pretty too.

I usually come every 5 weeks or so to Simply Hair and Beauty Lounge for waxing - experience is always 10/10. Laura is incredible, always friendly and helps you to feel at ease. Very knowledgeable and experienced in the services she provides. Today I decided to treat myself and booked a facial - WOW. Experience could not have been better. Relaxing environment, really comfy cozy bed with fluffy blanket. The products smelled amazing and the techniques that Laura used felt so calming and good for my skin. Would 100% recommend. ❤️

Dermaplan was amazing, my face feels wonderful, seeing the rubbish that was on there has only made it feel better! I fully appreciate not being told when to expect the wax strip being done as well, otherwise I'd of chickened out! Looking forward to booking in again! X

Repeat costumer here! I wouldn’t be coming back to her if not satisfied with results. Price is very reasonable! And the good thing about Megan is the reassurance she gives, confidence in what she do, and she explains every bit of rationale behind her technique and the products. Bonus is the after sales service! So terrific as always!

Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish! My hair turned out perfect! Also my first time having a Hollywood wax and I very quickly became comfortable and didn’t hurt as much as I expected! I go to top spas regularly and the massage I had here today was superior to most I’ve had at spas. The massage itself was blissful but I was so impressed with the little details that really count. The ambience of the room in terms of lighting, warmth, decor, the bed was heated, there was aromatherapy through the face hole of the bed, Becca was professional and friendly while not being too intrusive and chatty (perfect for a massage situation). I can’t believe the price I paid for such a lovely experience and will definitely be back for more beauty. Thanks again
