My experience at Gem & Rose was beyond amazing! Upon entering the studio, I instantly felt warm and welcome. I chose the hydrofacial package & all I have to say is omg. Gloria explained everything she was doing along the way and is so educated and passionate about her profession. After she did her magic on my face, she moved onto a foot scrub, hand and arm massage and a shoulder massage. I almost fell asleep - that’s how relaxed I felt. I left the studio with the softest, cleanest skin and the best impression. I cannot wait to go back to try the vast multitude of services Gem & Rose provides!

I had a great experience here with Gloria! From the minute I stepped in the door I was made to feel comfortable and welcomed. I was kept informed each step of my treatment (Pumpkin Spice Facial) so I knew exactly what was happening on my face. Other than making my face GLOW, she made sure I was in a good head space the whole time which (to me) is one of the most important aspects of self care. I will most certainly be back and recommending to my friends in the area!

This was my first time ever getting a facial. The experience all around was amazing! I felt so comfortable and relaxed. The atmosphere is very zen and relaxing and everything smells amazing. The smell of everything alone puts you in a euphoric state. Taking care of your skin is so important. My face felt and looked amazing afterwards. Everyone completed my glow! I will definitely be making monthly appointments with Gloria from now on! She really took care of me! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My husband got me a gift certificate for Christmas to Gem and Rose. What a wonderful afternoon! I felt totally relaxed after a fabulous massage from Gloria. I then had an amazing hydrafacial from Georgina. My skin is radiant and glowing! Lovely and relaxing space with the nicest women in the heart of Auburndale. Can’t wait to go back.

Gloria and Gina are a pair of sisters who completely light up a room. Gem and rose is my “happy place” where I am pampered and cared for. The energy of this place is magical, a serene escape from my crazy life as an RN in the ER. A must for quality facials and massages! Gloria’s hands are magic! She uses all natural products along with great CBD products. She is very thorough, gets to know your skin, what products you use and makes suggestions on how to improve your skin (without being pushy!). She is very gentle with extractions but still so effective. My face feels so clean and happy after my visits with her. Pricing is very reasonable. She offers various types of services as well as combo packages which makes it easier to treat yourself to some self care more often :) Highly recommend!
