All the therapists I've seen at Natural Balance have been excellent but Marion really is exceptional. She must have the strongest hands in Brighton and Hove, I always feel incredible afterwards.

We were in Brighton for the weekend and managed to secure last minute bookings (due to cancellations) for Mini Spa Treatment Package at Wellness&Beauty. We received a warm welcome from the friendly staff. I enjoyed a range of treatments, including a full body aromatherapy massage, facial, foot massage and back scrub. Gloria did a great job tailoring the massage to my preferences. I felt very relaxed and de-stressed after the session. I would recommend the Mini-Spa package, it's great value for money and great way to treat yourself to rest & relaxation. Thank you Wellness & Beauty

Absolutely the best massage I've ever had. Lisa is the most wonderful massage therapist in Brighton! And I've tried many places. I have been seeing Lisa for a few years now and always come away feeling lighter. Lisa is very skilled at hitting all the right points of tension with a very firm pressure (she will adapt to what you ask for - she really listens). Lisa has recently set up her new business in this new location and the atmosphere of her room is very beautiful, cosy and relaxing. My favourite is the Thai Fusion or Deep Tissue massage.. I can't recommend her enough.

I have known Marta for about 6 years now (from before she opened Rest) and have followed her wherever she went… because I honestly think she’s the best beautician in Brighton! I love her energy too and always look forward to my treatment. Never been disappointed with Marta. Not even once. I absolutely love Rest, a little island of calm in busy Brighton. And not a cheap or tacky decor like a lot of other salons out there (sorry!) but a tasteful and very nice environment to unwind in. Thank you Marta :)

Had the best massage experience with Marion today. Very professional and clearly an experienced therapist. Great Lomi Lomi massage by Christian this evening. Everything was explained in full detail and Christian definitely matched the massage to my needs, taking into account a hip issue I have. The atmosphere was total calm and relaxation from start to finish whilst encouraging me to focus on some deep breathing to further enhance . I highly recommend Christian for any massage that you may be considering. Will definitely be back for more.

Thoroughly enjoyed my Table Thai Massage with Flame! She was great, making me feel comfortable while going through the different movements and ensuring that I felt at ease at all times and able to comment on what I wanted out of the experience. Amazing is an understatement. I’ve been suffering from sciatica for about a year now and discovered Relax Massage and Alex at the beginning of 2020. He’s friendly, professional and definitely uses an integrative, holistic approach to provide tailor-made massage therapy. He listens, is friendly and accommodating with bookings. I started having the therapeutic option but have now gone on to the more gentle restorative aromatherapy massage, and instantly feel better afterwards. The bonus is I’ve consistently floated home every time! Continuing to go to Relax is no-brainier for me. Thanks again.

Indie gives an amazing facial massage as part of an aromatherapy massage treatment. I highly recommend

I had an excellent experience with Indie with her making a special aromatherapy blend for me to help with stress, aches and pains, and as a liver flush and giving me a full body massage with these oils. I came to the appointment feeling stressed, irritable and depressed and left feeling the opposite - happier, lighter and brighter. Thank you Indie!
