All the therapists I've seen at Natural Balance have been excellent but Marion really is exceptional. She must have the strongest hands in Brighton and Hove, I always feel incredible afterwards.

This was my first ever facial and it was amazing! The treatment was so relaxing, I loved the face and neck massage, and my skin has felt incredible since. Indie was so lovely, and gave me some really supportive advice and aftercare for looking after my skin too.

We were in Brighton for the weekend and managed to secure last minute bookings (due to cancellations) for Mini Spa Treatment Package at Wellness&Beauty. We received a warm welcome from the friendly staff. I enjoyed a range of treatments, including a full body aromatherapy massage, facial, foot massage and back scrub. Gloria did a great job tailoring the massage to my preferences. I felt very relaxed and de-stressed after the session. I would recommend the Mini-Spa package, it's great value for money and great way to treat yourself to rest & relaxation. Thank you Wellness & Beauty

Absolutely the best massage I've ever had. Lisa is the most wonderful massage therapist in Brighton! And I've tried many places. I have been seeing Lisa for a few years now and always come away feeling lighter. Lisa is very skilled at hitting all the right points of tension with a very firm pressure (she will adapt to what you ask for - she really listens). Lisa has recently set up her new business in this new location and the atmosphere of her room is very beautiful, cosy and relaxing. My favourite is the Thai Fusion or Deep Tissue massage.. I can't recommend her enough.

I have known Marta for about 6 years now (from before she opened Rest) and have followed her wherever she went… because I honestly think she’s the best beautician in Brighton! I love her energy too and always look forward to my treatment. Never been disappointed with Marta. Not even once. I absolutely love Rest, a little island of calm in busy Brighton. And not a cheap or tacky decor like a lot of other salons out there (sorry!) but a tasteful and very nice environment to unwind in. Thank you Marta :)

Amazing is an understatement. I’ve been suffering from sciatica for about a year now and discovered Relax Massage and Alex at the beginning of 2020. He’s friendly, professional and definitely uses an integrative, holistic approach to provide tailor-made massage therapy. He listens, is friendly and accommodating with bookings. I started having the therapeutic option but have now gone on to the more gentle restorative aromatherapy massage, and instantly feel better afterwards. The bonus is I’ve consistently floated home every time! Continuing to go to Relax is no-brainier for me. Thanks again.

Indie gives an amazing facial massage as part of an aromatherapy massage treatment. I highly recommend

I had an excellent experience with Indie with her making a special aromatherapy blend for me to help with stress, aches and pains, and as a liver flush and giving me a full body massage with these oils. I am noticing the physical benefits of my massage, particularly around my neck and shoulders. I have a better range of movement and am a lot less stiff and creaky.

I had such a relaxing massage that I dropped off to sleep a couple of times. The oils were carefully chosen and smell lovely.

Gloria did a wonderful manicure and pedicure and gel polish. I'm very pleased with the result. I have been going to Wellness and Beauty in Brighton for awhile now and I am always happy with the service.
