Lovely afternoon session, sadly I fell asleep during the sound bath, which is not the way to do it, initially on waking I felt I had cheated myself, but then realised I was feeling very happy and restored so obviously worked for me. Thank you Lesley, Yourself, Yoga, Reiki, Aromatherapy, all taught to me by Lesley ,Sound Baths, have all contributed massively to my health and well being. Thank you really isn't enough.

Mel did my nails today (they look great) and Mel gave me the most amazing massage (to the point I felt a little dazed afterwards because I was so relaxed). These are two very lovely ladies in their beautiful salon. I use them on a regular basis and wouldn’t go elsewhere. Highly recommend.

Just back from a fabulous 2.5 hour yoga workshop run by Lesley. What a great way to kick off 2025! A nice gentle session of yoga working on neck, shoulders and upper body but with a powerful message in terms of energetically supporting our voice, thoughts and words. Thank you once again Lesley

I’ve been having menopause massages with Lesley and wish I could give a 10 star rating! Lesley is very professional and provides a space to feel safe in. The work on pressure points brings such a relief and bespoke essential oils used to combat my symptoms were amazing. Whatever your symptoms, psychological or physical.. this treatment is very effective. 🙏🏻

Love visiting Avenues beauty lounge by James for my monthly Microneedling facial/ catch up with James. James is always friendly, welcoming and very knowledgeable in all the treatments he offers. I always feel that I am in very safe hands and his treatment room is definitely a safe space for all to fully enjoy and relax without judgement. See you in 4 weeks James 😊

The Yoga class is fantastic. Lesley makes sure every element is doable whatever your ability and the sound bath is amazing with a wide variety of instruments from singing bowls to the gong - very relaxing.

Received a voucher for the Avenues beauty lounge by James for Christmas, Had the most amazing post-Christmas pamper with James. James was very welcoming, knowledgeable and made me feel instantly welcome and relaxed. The spa facial was amazing James taught me so much about my skin and how to look after my skin. The best facial I’ve ever experienced! Also had a lash lift, after a previous lash lift fail at another salon James has successfully created the most amazing lash lift. 100% recommend James! Don’t want to go anywhere else now! Thanks James 😊
