Leface was an excellent therapist - firm pressure and I thoroughly enjoyed the massage . My only criticism is that the room was very cold and as a result the towels and blankets felt cold and a little damp. When you’re having a massage you aren’t wearing any clothes so I think a heater should be in in the rooms and towels fresh out of a dryer, warm or have an electric blanket underneath to make the the experience more enjoyable

The overall experience was great with friendly staff. All inclusive spa with privacy. The only odd thing I noticed during massage was that masseurs were using one hand multiple times which could be an indication that they were using their phones with the other hand. I could be wrong but both my husband and I noticed it during our session. Other than that I would definitely recommend it.

Incredible experience! Attention to detail and service was exceptional overall. I got the 45 min spa + 45 min Swedish massage, and would recommend it to everyone! You have the spa area all to yourself, with a jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, and shower. Lots of attention to detail to make sure we were as comfortable as possible. The massage itself was also excellent and very professional. Although it was my first time, I felt very comfortable and left as a happy customer.

LETS START WITH THE LOCATION ... I DID NOT KNOW THIS WORLD NEAR WESTFIELD STRATFORD EXISTED ... A QUITE AND BEAUTIFUL SHOP ... CAR PARKING IS A STONE THROW AWAY, ANOTHER MASSIVE CAR PARK VERY QUITE ... WITH NICE VIEWS OF THE CANAL ... I WAS SCEPTICAL AT FIRST BUT I CAME OUT FULLY RECOVERED AFTER MY MASSAGE ... I AM GOING BACK WITH MY DAUGHTER ... I HIGHLY RECCOMMEND THIS PLACE. 10 OUT OF 10.

Indie was very understanding and flexible of my needs. I had a Ayurvedic head massage. The treatment was very relaxing, from the oils and music to the head/neck/shoulder massage itself, with attention paid to particular tense points in the neck and shoulders. Will definitely try more treatments.

This was absolutwly one of the best experiences i have ever received. We were welcomed by a lovely receptionist and showed our private area. Very clean, great ambiance and topped off with prosecco and Strawberries. We was there for an hour and then had an hours massage which was BLISS!!! Myself and my partner were both amzed by the techniques and the knots that were loosend. Absolutely fantastic!! Honestly, I have not one bad word to say... thank you soo much Aura Organics Spa!! We definitely will be back!!

We had a fantastic spa day and couples massage. The attention to detail in the spa was spot on, with bubbles, strawberries and delicious chocolates. The facilities (hot tub, steam, sauna and shower) were super clean, beautifully designed and had such a serene energy. We opted for the couples massage and it was 45mins of pure bliss (whilst getting to grips on some stubborn knots). The therapists were very skilled, intuitive and made sure we were both comfortable throughout. Highly recommend and can’t wait for our next visit!

I'm happy with my treatment. The massage was so good. The only thing is, it was hard to get anyone on the phone, I called 3 times. Maybe a dedicated receptionist would help. Will definitely come back. Thank you!
