First of all I want to say THANK YOU to Naomi for how comfortable she made me feel throughout the whole appointment. I suffer with anxiety and leaving the house can make me incredible uncomfortable but she was so relaxed and allowed me to sit up whenever needed for a break. She is truly so talented and works so light handed and fast. I couldn’t recommend her enough and she’s definitely found a regular customer in me. Kelly was so lovely, welcoming and friendly from my first phone call and during my consultation. I wasn’t sure what I wanted to have done (eyelash extensions or lift and tint) so Kelly was happy to explain both to me, how often I would need to come back and costs, and do a patch test for both; so I was able to make an informed decision. She showed me photos from her instagram and I’ve now made an appointment for classic eyelash extensions. Her room is warm, clean and comfortable and I’m excited to come back for my appointment.
