If I could give 6* I would. Lisa is a magician, she makes me walk out of her salon feeling beautiful everytime. I walk in and change everything that she expected to do and she is always excited by the challenges. I cannot recommend the lock up enough.

Very professional, always happy with service and product

Absolutely amazing treatments from Pippa. Pippa spent time before the treatments asking me about my job, wellbeing and any medical concerns. I am a secondary school teacher so a naturally stressful and demanding job. The Hopi ear candles were so relaxing and I loved just hearing the crackle of the fire and the soothing background music. After iced water and lemon, Pippa moved onto the Aromatherapy back massage with facial and scalp massage. She tailored it to my needs of tense shoulders and aching lower back and I felt so relieved afterwards.

My first eyelash lift and tint. Very professional and a lovely friendly place to go. Will definitely be going back for more treatments.

Jasmine managed to fit me in to an earlier appointment which was just lovely as she could of had a little break. Also was a lovely little surprise to get a christmas card and a little biscuit which was very yummy. Lovely little chill appointment after id had a very busy day.

Always a great experience with Lisa at the Lock Up, she always takes her time with her clients hair and makes it look fabulous too.
