Had my first ever wax today, started with a Hollywood 🫣Libby was so professional and made me feel at ease. Was fab that she explained the process which made me feel so much more comfortable!! It really didn’t hurt anywhere near how much I thought it would and I felt like I could have a few breaks to make the experience better. Would highly recommend- I’ll be back!!!

Luna Rose is officially the best place to visit in Loughborough for a pamper session! I had a top to toe massage that truly melted me, made my body feel fantastic and helped ease the pain and aches I’d been having. This treatment gave me the deep relaxation I desperately needed after the turbulence of this year so far. Rachel as always was the perfect host, in her beautiful, warm, comfortable salon and she was also fully CV19 secure; which gave me peace of mind that I was safe. I visited “Time to take five” for my first time today and had a lovely time meeting Amy and have a lash lift and tint. In that time Amy also carried out a patch test for hair removal and also discussed my facial needs. Will be returning! Lovely salon!

Dawn always does a great job of my nails whether I’m having a plain colour or nail art. Lovely relaxed environment and always made to feel welcome.
