Lucy is literally THE best brow tech around! She transforms my brows whenever I visit. Her salon is clean, comfortable & professional. Lucy is always welcoming and very bubbly/friendly. Today I braved a Hollywood wax too and whilst I was extremely embarrassed, she put me totally at ease and was very quick & efficient. So pleased I’m holiday ready! Thank you lucy x

OMG I am so impressed. I expected good things for my first visit based on the reviews and it was better than. I felt valued and knew that what I wanted to achieve was the goal, not what Tasha thought would be best. We discussed pros and cons, I felt in control while being pampered, a different balance to achieve but Tasha managed it well. Today was my 2 weeks check, 15 mins just to make sure I was happy, which I was but mentioned a small thing, I was immediately in the chair having that small extra done, I was so impressed, then I was told it was at no charge. Wow, I will be back
