Oh my goodness! In all my years of having piercings I have never experienced such professionalism as I did yesterday from Chloe. I took my 13 year old daughter with me to have my nose pierced again, and even she was blown away with the service I received and relayed every moment of it to her Dad when we got home lol. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Chloe and I won't go anywhere else for piercings now I have found her. She was so warm, kind and gentle, and took her time to explain every detail of the procedure, as well as aftercare, and the level of hygiene was outstanding. Excellent! x

Georgina was amazing, she spent so much time and patience repairing my broken nails from a previous salon, she has such a talent and you can really see it with the final result. I'm so pleased and i'll 100% be coming back regularly! Such a nice experience :)

Visit with Chloe to sort out my nose piercing. Chloe is so kind and patient and really puts you at ease. Highly recommend visiting her at the Defining Collective for piercings, she really is amazing and knows her stuff!
