Natalie is a very cheerful and polite young lady. She explained everything she was going to do. My back massage was very strong ( at my request) but also very relaxing. She asked me if I was comfortable with the pressure throughout the treatment. When she did the neck & shoulder part, she asked if I was comfortable with where she needed to touch me and if I was ok with oil in my hair. Very professional throughout. Ann

First time visiting the salon, all of the staff where really friendly and welcoming especially Gracie - fabulous treatment will definitely be returning!
