Emma is amazing. She is my go to for waxing and nails. I went for a full leg and bikini waxing today. Emma seeks the best wax for her customers and takes her time. She is impeccable and incredibly professional. The salon is wonderful, calming and absolutely spotless. I would recommend anyone to emma She is super skilled in so many treatments. Staff were amazing, friendly and care about their clients. This was my first Hollywood wax here and the lady waxing me really helped me and told me when to breathe in/out and advised me on the best wax so that the experience could be as painless as possible for a Hollywood wax. Really friendly and chatty but as we were talking I hadn't realised that I'd paid for full leg including bikini and the lady only waxed my legs, no bikini line so felt a bit like I'd paid for part of a service that I hadn't received and therefore was a bit disappointed and felt it was a bit expensive as a result. The service was great in salon and during treatment apart from that.
