I have been to many chains for waxing and I always feel the service is rushed and hair is missed. Here I have ALWAYS felt so comfortable, the pace is always smooth and I leave completely hairless. I will never go anywhere else! Everyone on the team is amazing, and I can always trust that I'll have a great experience at Madwax!

Honestly, I’ll be the first to say I HATE waxing. My tolerance for pain is kinda low (in my opinion) but Andrea is so thorough and professional that I was comfortable the entire time. The results were definitely worth it!

Candice🌻 is amazing!!! She does a phenomenal job doing my Brazilian with a jelly mask every month! It’s honestly become pretty much painless! She professional, friendly, quick and thorough! I would recommend her to everyone. She has made my waxing experience way better than the horrors I had experienced at other waxing studios! So thankful I gave Mad Wax a try about a year ago now and I haven’t skipped a month since. 💖🌸

Madison is truly the best I’ve ever been to. I have been waxing my entire face due to PCOS since I was in middle school (over 10 years now) and she is one of the only people who has been able to get every hair every time. I have lots of blonde hairs as well as dark hairs on my chin and she always takes her time making sure she gets everything. She has such a kind soul and I’ve loved getting to know her. I would recommend her to anybody and I pray she will continue growing her amazing business!

I love this independent and female run business. It beats the big chain waxing services - you can't get better service an treatment anywhere else. Both the owner, Madison and her counterpart Candace are both professional and kind-hearted. They have made my experiences very comfortable and accommodating to any needs. Brian will personalized your hairstyle to help you achieve the look you want, but if it can't be done, Byan will glide you in the right direction. Plus, facial, massage therapy, and cupping. I have followed Brian from another salon. I've been his client since I moved to Tampa. That was 8yrs ago. He treats his clients to their needs. And listens to his client's wants and needs. Bryan is amazing—five stars across the board.
