awesome customer service and nice calming place. the only thing i would change about my experience is just to check with the shape of my brows before waxing. it still turned out great though. love them though and would recommend

Shri was wonderful !! It's always a little daunting to have threading or waxing done, but Shri was professional, efficient and lightning fast. It was over as soon as possible and as painlessly as possible. The tinting of my eyebrows was perfect - just a natural brown and a more natural effect than the glam look that is popular. It was perfect for this Grandma and I totally appreciated it. Shri was only too happy to do exactly what I required. I didn't feel like I was a little old or out of fashion - it was all about what I wanted. Thank you Shri.

For someone who hasn’t had waxing done for quite some time the staff were professional, friendly & very helpful

Efficient and pleasant, my first visit was so good I’d be keen to come back. Went for waxing and the processes in place are extremely hygienic and professional.

My experience was great. Felt so at ease, actually could have snoozed. Have only high comments for the lady (sorry can't remember her name) who did my waxing. Told me what she was doing before doing anything. Will recommend her to friends and family. Will be back, maybe a massage next time. Thank you. Oasis Health & Beauty Day Spa. 5 Stars.

Had a great leg wax treatment from Sri today. I was having a bit of a stressful day and Sri gave me a massage after waxing and I left feeling very relaxed. Will definately be a return customer.
