I arrived to a very professional and friendly welcome. Nicky took the time to complete a consultation so she could personalise the treatment to my skin type. She explained everything clearly, was more than happy to answer my questions and provide recommendations on the best products to use. The salon is immaculate and nothing is too much trouble.
