They go out of their way to make you feel welcome and taken care of. Nothing is a hassle or too much. Very friendly. Everything you need is available such as shower gel, shampoo, hairdryer etc. Or you can take your own. I love that you're not rushed. You can stay for as long as you like in the quiet areas afterwards and met with a lovely glass of water.

No matter if it was a massage, a facial or sauna I had an amazing experience. The door closed, you are greeted with a soft, calm voice and you just unwind, calm down and are ready for an amazing experience. P.S. I felt asleep during my facial. That says it all :)

I have been going to Mia or some time now, I have found her to be extremely knowledgable about what she does. She is professional, friendly, she listens to what you want to achieve and will aim to get you there and explains everthing. I trust her with my hair and recommend her to anyone wanting a professionl, friendly, knowledgeable hairdresser. She also makes a great cuppa ☕️
