Great value for money, AWESOME massage from Dammi only thing i could is that i washed my hair the night before so I asked to only do treatment with no shampoo but alas I recieved a thorough shampoo before I realised which I'd say is why my hair feels quite dry now which is a shame as i love the cut and blowdry he provided me. Not too annoyed as it is only temporary (I hope!!). Overall pretty happy and will return only i will ensure i am in need of a wash 🤭.

Liana is so top tier! So warm and welcoming, super professional and friendly. The experience I had was definitely by far the best I’ve ever had with any other beauty therapist/hair stylist. She is great at answering any questions and gives very genuine recommendations in relation to products and general hair health. I came in with my dry, damaged and thinning hair. After describing what I wanted I forgot to show her my inspo photo, and by the end of the appointment I was suprised that what she had done was EXACTLY what I wanted. Oh and did I mention she has 14 years of experience 😍

This is my the first time to have hair cut at Kess Hair Royal Oak. It’s good.

I booked in with Joseph ( Joe). Barbering is a profession. For some, it is just a pay check. For Joe, it is artistic, it is performative. But before I can discuss joe’s cutting skills I must compliment Joe’s social awareness and understanding. He made me feel at ease in the chair. His questions were inquisitive and his topics of choice were intellectual. The hair cut itself was beyond the human experience. Joe cut my hair the same way Raphael painted Margarita Luti. With great affection . I do recommend him to all.
