The staff were professional, friendly, and attentive, providing exceptional customer service that made me feel truly cared for. I had a lovely nail treatment that left my nails looking flawless, along with a rejuvenating skin treatment that made me feel refreshed. I was in a rush, but the team at the body room saved the day! They squeezed me in for a last-minute nail appointment, and I was blown away by their efficiency and expertise. Carla and the girls truly went above and beyond - they're absolutely fantastic!
