So I have crazy long hair and I’ve been experimenting with some color during lockdown , and my current colour was washed out quite a bit . Not only did I pick a completely different colour palette to what was already washing out I wanted to do the whole chocolate golden brown summer trend that is all the rage right now , I had my mind blown today ! I look amazing ! I mean when you’re telling yourself ‘damn girrrrrrl’ every time you pass a mirror .... enough said , but this is always my experience with Chantel and The Federation.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The stylist who did my hair, Amo, she explained everything step by step and gave me some really great tips on how to care for my hair. And my hair looks amazing 🤭. (Wash, treat, blowdry and silkpress)

A completely fantastic experience from start to finish. It was my first visit and the stylist and receptionist were super accommodating. My stylist first started with detangling my super knotted hair and he was absolutely gentle. He then spent time making sure my scalp was completely clean which I loved so much. I have never straightened my hair so I was nervous it would be painful but the whole drying and pressing process was painless. We chatted about what my hair would need as well which I appreciated. I am completely happy with the results and will definitely be visiting again.
