AMAZING!! The most relaxing 2 hours ever - I added the face mask to elevate my sauna session (definitely recommend!) and listened to a 15 minute meditation to wind down. Followed by a one hour massage by Evie which was unreal, she’s passionate about what she does and my body is soo grateful ⭐️

I had the most relaxing time @ Tama Wellness, I would definitely recommend the sauna and full body massage. I added on the hair and scalp treatment and left feeling amazing, one of the best spa treatments I’ve had. Thanks team x

I just had my first ever facial with Kristy at Tama and it was nothing short of DIVINE! Not only does Kristy demonstrate her skills, experience and passion for bodywork during the treatment, but also radiates an extremely soothing and calming energy that is the epitome of relaxation. I felt as though I was on cloud 9 during and well after the appointment! The space at Tama has clearly been curated to provide the utmost indulgent experience possible - every tiny detail that can enhance rest, revitalisation and nourish the soul has been tended to. I had a lymphatic drainage massage and it was incredible! I highly recommend it. Jodi was amazing . I will definitely go back again! I can’t wait to try sauna/ice bath there as well

The love, thought, and attention to detail that Jodie instills in Tama make each treatment truly unique. The relaxation massage following a sauna session was the perfect way to unwind at the end of the week. Jodie has a lovely calm and welcoming presence, and her extensive knowledge of massage was undeniable. This place is great to do a bit of solo relaxation. The massages are incredible! The sauna is perfect. It is a lovely place to stop and reset for a couple of hours each week. Great investment of time and energy for any person looking to have a lovely Dunsborough relaxation experience.

This hidden gem centrally located in Dunsborough is awesome. It has been a challenging time for me personally and professionally but was eased of these challenges for a whole hour and half thanks to Jodie’s phenomenal Swedish massage and head and scalp treatment. Every part the experience at Tama is indicative of a professional, healing and a wellness experience that has pride in its practice. Having had many treatments over the years TAMA is right up there. The space is spotless, products used divine and the atmosphere relaxing without pretension. Thank you Jodie I’ll be back!

I would highly recommend the lymphatic drainage massage with Jody. It was relaxing and felt amazing. Next time I will go with the body brushing and sauna after the massage.

I can’t even put into words how amazing my treatment with Jodie was. I floated out of the treatment room, glowing and on cloud 9. I noticed a huge difference in my face and body after the lymphatic drainage, I was sculpted and glowing. I have never felt so relaxed - Jodie has been sent down from the heavens to massage us all with her angelic hands! I recommend having a 45 minute sauna before your treatment. Can’t wait to book my next session thank you so so much 💛

I love the massage room. It cocoons you, very simply. It has a fresh, natural and zen vibe. The dry body brush prior to the massage was heaven too. All in all, just loved it, thanks Jodie.

This was my first massage after giving birth and let me tell you , it was truely needed. Jodie held such a safe space for me and totally relaxed my body and soul.
