The staff are very helpful and explain the treatments really well (before I start). They guide and tell me what I’ll expect from the treatment (during and post). They keep checking on me during the treatment and make sure I am feeling comfortable. They also make me laugh to ease my nervousness (first time doing the treatment). Post treatment, I am feeling very different and I can say each individual sees the results differently and I am one of them. I see the difference and the result straightaway. Overall, a very nice atmosphere and very friendly staff. Many thanks.
