Feeling very old and tired I went into this session with a lot of hesitation. Maya put us through number of poses that really stretched the body and taught us how hold the stretch and breathe through any discomfort. I found some of the poses quite hard to hold however Maya talked me through each one and, when necessary, gave me slight adjustments so that I could still gain the same stretch. By the end of the session I felt so much better, my body felt like it had a real workout but it felt good and I could move so much more easily. Looking forward to the next session. Thank you Maya.

I purchased the Abhyanga/Trigger Point/Fascia release Massage with Add On Energy Healing and it was my first time to experience this. Nada graciously took her time with my appointment, and paid great attention to the areas where I experienced physical pain and to release it. There were pain in places I was so familiar with and had become so comfortable with the discomfort I didn’t realise it could be released. As someone who suffers from Endometriosis, Anxiety and stress, this was the perfect treatment. I feel that Nada is very professional and deeply attuned to her practise and client needs.

Bruna does not provide a service. She excels at sharing love and care for all clients. She definitely loves what she does and she’s pretty darn good at it. The most incredible experience! I had the Holistic Harmony Session with Jess and it was perfect timing for the transition in my life, all I can say is that it was the most relaxing and transformational experience. I've been craving getting out of my head and into my body and this was the perfect modality to do so. I loved the combination of the massage, chakra and sound healing.
