On Thursday, February 20th, 2025, I had an amazing manual lymphatic massage for my belly and face. As I walked in, the ambience was very relaxing, setting the tone. I will suggest Maria to anyone in the world!! She fixed my body and my mind in this past year in a way that I was not able to do myself. She helped me to relieve old muscle knots and drain fluids in my body through a mix of trauma release massages and lymphatic drainages. Professional from beginning to end, right pressure level for the massage, Jen enquired before starting the massage how i was feeling so that she could tailor the massage. It was delightful, not rushed, every part of the body was caters and cared for. A wonderful experience. Will book again.

I’ve been coming to KBH for almost a year and I enjoy their treatments so much. It’s an investment in my self care. I’ve done a range of treatments and I’ve lost 7 inches off my waist, 4 inches off my thighs, cellulite is much reduced with smoother skin and body more sculpted, showing off my curves. Kelly is attentive, explaining the treatment to me, making sure that I’m comfortable throughout. KBH has now become part of my self care routine.
