Absolutely favourite time of the week. It is truly working. Finally something I can do with my limited ability for exercising. This way my body is encouraged to get rid of excess water. Warm massage increases circulation help with detoxification .Calm pleasant, private environment with professional assistance from owners. Definitely recommend it..

This is not a massage just to be clear with everyone. I have lipodaeama and fibromyalgia. You can be still against the machine or for a better physical work out you move your body. It's not complicated and the girls there are so informative and show you how to do everything. I felt absolutely great leaving there but I also think I'll sleep well tonight. Water was given as I needed my bottle refilled. You will need to bring your bottle initially. the place is hidden and small but I had a fantastic experience. Her knowledge and help was amazing thank you so much. Try it x

I booked an Indian head massage, expecting it to be limited to my head, but I was treated to a wonderfully relaxing full body experience. Ashanti began our session by stimulating pressure points on my feet and legs, before working on my upper back and shoulder knots, and finally gave me a tingly scalp and neck massage. The perfect way to spend half an hour.

I travel a hour an half to see beri she is worth every penny and more she always goes above to get your body prefect for you! I can’t thank beri enough for helping support my recover and gaining my dream stomach always 100 from her honestly the best

After moving to a new area, I was searching for a reliable place for my weekly massage routine, and I was so lucky to find Urban Therapy. The therapist here is professional and highly knowledgeable. My office job and five-day-a-week gym routine leave my body feeling tight and exhausted, but after just one session, I already feel significantly better. I’ll definitely be coming back next week. It was my first time trying a service at Ashanti's Treatment Rooms and I had an amazing experience! my hydrafacial left my face glowing and Ashanti took the time to explain to me what each step was for. I was so suprised from the head massage as well that I didnt want to leave and stay for a full body massage. This is currently a one woman show so please be aware that you may have to wait a few minutes outside whilst she finishes previous treatement which is not a big deal. I would highly reccomend her facials and will be going back in a few weeks already :D

Appointments with Sian are always a positive experience. Sian is friendly, kind empathetic whilst also maintaining professionalism. I personally would not see anyone else other than Sian for treatment and I cannot recommend her enough.

After seeing the results and a previous client of Berivan, I was keen on trying out the wooden therapy treatment (I am not a post-op client, just a normal body with some trouble areas). I felt very comfortable in the setting, everything was sanitised upon arrival and I was offered a drink too which was a nice touch. Lots of details as it was my first ever time trying out a body contouring treatment and I will be keeping these up hopefully monthly or 6 weeks. Paired with clean eating/exercise/more water and this treatment can really make a difference to your problem areas. Thank-you again Beri!
