I will suggest Maria to anyone in the world!! She fixed my body and my mind in this past year in a way that I was not able to do myself. She helped me to relieve old muscle knots and drain fluids in my body through a mix of trauma release massages and lymphatic drainages. Another great massage done by Maria! I had a massive neck & back pain and she’s managed to deal with all that! Such a relief! She’s so knowledgeable and very professional. The treatment was finished with 2by4 trauma release and mobility therapy to the back arms and neck by both therapists Maria and Shahana, it felt amazing 🤩 I’ve been going to Holistic Rising more often now, highly recommended! I’ve been coming to KBH for almost a year and I enjoy their treatments so much. It’s an investment in my self care. I’ve done a range of treatments and I’ve lost 7 inches off my waist, 4 inches off my thighs, cellulite is much reduced with smoother skin and body more sculpted, showing off my curves. Kelly is attentive, explaining the treatment to me, making sure that I’m comfortable throughout. KBH has now become part of my self care routine.
