My partner and I came for the couples package and it was amazing. It’s quite cozy and very detached from the surroundings, which gives it a unique relaxed feeling that helps to make the most of the hot and cold experiences. We really enjoyed the sauna, steam room and cold plunge, trying to push ourselves a bit longer each time in the cold plunge. Definitely recommend this place to anyone who likes hot/ cold therapy for their body, we will surely be back again soon.

Had a full body deep tissue massage, went in with some aching muscles but came out feeling refreshed and feeling energised. Would highly recommend Natalie to anybody having muscle aches or just needs a general relax massage.

She took the time to understand what I needed and went above and beyond, even spending extra time to work on my pain points after the session. I recently had an amazing experience at Vita Nova Massage. The massage worked wonders for my shoulder and neck pain that I'd been struggling with.
