This was my second appointment and Natalie is thorough in recording notes and making sure she recalls what parts of the body I wanted to focus on. When Natalie moved over areas where I felt a tightness, she could somehow feel specific tiny tight spots under her fingers, elbows etc and she didn't leave them behind. I didn't have to say anything to redirect her. Very skilled therapist.

Absolute delight. Natalie's background (former athlete) was evident in her attention to detail, making it easy to communicate what has been going on with the body. My partner and I came for the couples package and it was amazing. It’s quite cozy and very detached from the surroundings, which gives it a unique relaxed feeling that helps to make the most of the hot and cold experiences. We really enjoyed the sauna, steam room and cold plunge, trying to push ourselves a bit longer each time in the cold plunge. Definitely recommend this place to anyone who likes hot/ cold therapy for their body, we will surely be back again soon.

Natalie really understands what she is doing and gave me a great body massage. I really trusted her and my body feels better for it.

Had a full body deep tissue massage, went in with some aching muscles but came out feeling refreshed and feeling energised. Would highly recommend Natalie to anybody having muscle aches or just needs a general relax massage.

I recently had an amazing experience at Vita Nova Massage. The massage worked wonders for my shoulder and neck pain that I'd been struggling with. The room was lovely and clean, and the products Natalie used were absolutely gorgeous. I added in a fantastic foot scrub to my package, and it left my feet feeling incredibly soft. Highly recommend!
