We had a great morning, both ladies were really welcoming and offered us drinks on arrival and frequently after. Hot tub was amazing and gives you a water jet massage and you can connect to the speakers via Bluetooth . We then went in the gravity massage chair which was really relaxing and gives you an all over shiatsu massage. We then both opted for a full body massage which was lovely before we embarked on our afternoon tea before heading home. Location is tranquil, would recommend if you're looking for a nice package for you and your better half for a morning/afternoon of relaxation, thanks

Absolutely amazing! I have been quite a few times and had a few different beauticians but all have been incredible! My favourite treatment is the express glo facial as it really rejuvenates my skin and is well priced. I find some facials very heavy on my skin and irritating- however, the Beauty Refinery’s never do! It’s super relaxing and they even gave me a chocolate at the end of my last appointment! One of my fave places in Leicester 🫶

We had a double facial treatment which was the perfect birthday treat - so relaxing, the products smell gorgeous and our skin felt amazing afterwards. The staff are always so friendly and put you at ease. Will definitely be coming back!

I had deep tissue massage today. The therapist was amazing and really tried to work out my knots! The only downside is that I arrived early and despite ringing the buzzer I wasn’t let in until my appointment time. I was later told the intercom wasn’t working. This meant by time I met my therapist unchanged and was on the table it was 5-10 mins into my therapy time. By time I was changed, paid and back in my car it was 10:00am. This meant my appointment time was realistically only 30-40 minutes but was supposed to be 45 minutes. A bit disappointing.

I had a full body wax and the lady was lovely, made me feel super comfortable and was very friendly. Would definitely recommend, this is my go to place for a wax, eyelash lift and tints also!
