My provider was Charleen, she's amazing. She is nice yet still professional. She immediately welcomed me and made me feel comfortable as a new client. Waxing isn't the most pleasant self care service with the pain involved, but also the vulnerability & exposure that it requires. She let me talk about random things during the service (my technique to distract from the discomfort of it). She’s very very knowledgeable about waxing & skin care. the wax was perfect temperature, each pull was efficient. My skin feels great, all the hair is completely gone. I have no complaints and highly recommend.

Ive been seeing Ashley for the better half of 9 months for both Brazilians and facials and I am always so pleased when I walk out of the door. The customer service coupled with the actual service you are getting are priceless! My ingrowns have disappeared and I consistently get comments on how great my skin looks. Customer service was awesome. She is very knowledgeable about the skin and why things are happening the way they are. She is also very helpful in letting you know what you need to do and how long the process will be. I’m excited !!

She listened attentively to my concerns and expertly assessed my skin's condition. Throughout the procedure, she ensured I was comfortable, and her hands are simply magical. I left feeling like I had a brand-new face—and I still do!
