Sasha was brilliant as ever: professional, friendly, and efficient. I always feel super happy I found her, in the knowledge that she is a total pro at her job and takes everything from hygiene, eco-friendly products and personal comfort very seriously, yet can make you feel very much at ease, helped by the treatment room having a really nice atmosphere. My experience at TBH has always been a positive one! The girls are so down to earth and welcoming, and never short of having a giggle with their customers - “beauty besties” is how I’d describe them! They’re online booking system is brilliant and rescheduling an appointment is just as simple! I also feel their booking terms are fair! Ive been for my lashes and tan and never had an issue, hoping to start my waxing and facial journeys with them in the not too distant future too! x

I have regular lash lifts with Pip and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Spot on every time. I've also had waxing & my nails done. I'd much rather support a small business than go to a high street salon. Highly recommend.

Shola was professional, confident & made me feel relaxed & reassured. I have super sensitive skin & have had real problems with waxing in the past. Shola explained about sugaring in detail & how to prepare my skin plus aftercare. After the sugaring my skin has been absolutely fine & I am happy with the results. I highly recommend Shola
