I enjoy coming to Biba Croydon, and leaving with my hair looking and feeling great. It was pleasant being pampered with a head massage, moisturing treatment, and great cut. Very happy with Faye, her knowledge of hair care, pleasant company - my hair feels so soft and bouncy today.. Great location, but parking difficult.. p.s. left my bottle of moisturising treatment on counter. Maybe I can pick it up next appointment?

Wonderful experience today. The way Zoe talked to my 6 year old with special needs was amazing. He felt very special and had a great haircut which he doesn’t love getting. His concerns about being itchy from the hair were listened to as well!

Lovely to see Amy again and have already received a few compliments. Always a wonderful haircut and see you in October and again next year before my big day.
