Amy was FABULOUS! I needed pampering after a very rough week and it was a lovely experience. . Such a good facial and a very lovely person. My skin feels amazing and her massage was too darn relaxing. I will be booking with her again for sure and I’m glad I have a good treatment place close by, and who hire such great staff like Amy 🖤

Sweat & Go Fitness Studio It is a great place for welfare and care, both for gentlemen and ladies, having vip rooms, which make you have your privacy for your treatment. i wanted to thank the staff for the professionalism they have attended to me, every detail is made to live up to the experience without any detail, treatments not only meet expectations but exceed it, I have done MIRDIF Sweat&Go 4 for 30 minutes, MIRDIF Roll&Go for another 30, is to reduce volume and cellulitis. You certainly work the body and you notice the results in the first session.

After an unfortunate experience with broken air conditioning (which meant I had to stop my massage) I could not have asked for more from Nomad Wellness. Exceptional customer service to resolve the issue and arrange an alternate treatment on another day. When attending for a facial, it was one of the best facials I have ever experienced. Five stars and more - I booked my husband in immediately and cannot wait to return! Highly recommend the expert facialist here.
