Nurse Meena was very knowledgeable and I didn’t feel pressured. Her treatment advice was realistic and I will continue to see her. The front desk staff are very friendly.

Fabulous treatment. Great wash and massage!!! Victoria has a wonderful massage technique. The staff are very nice and kind. While you can blow dry your hair by yourself, I believe that the staff should do that quickly but without the styling. A former employee of free, used to come over while I tried to style it, but he would dry it and also put in a wave, for free, just because. He was always fun and I enjoyed talking with him.I don't blame him for moving to a Francophone community as they have more joie and charm than Toronto. The exception is the staff here at Olenza's

I had an amazing experience with mircorneedling and a photo facial at Royal York Spa. Vera was professional and knowledgeable, making me feel comfortable throughout the treatment. The highlight was the incredible face massage she provided, which left my skin rejuvenated and radiant. Anya and Vera both greeted me warmly, adding to the welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend their services!

Olivera always does an amazing job of pampering my face! She is the best aesthetician in town. I highly recommend her and all of the medical spa treatments she does. I also love the dermalogica brand that she uses, it has a plethora of products available for all skin types.
