Amazing Service, great energy and most amazing staff. Greetings were very polite and friendly. Was blessed to have met Sarah and she was beyond welcoming and lovely. From the moment I walked into a lovely treatment area I was made to feel so relaxed. Karmen really pulled out the stops with the range of tools and massage techniques finished with a soft blow dry. I loved how she used products and oils that matched my curly hair to help strengthen. Would recommend 100%

Had my 2nd Japanese spa treatment with Kelly today. All I can say is WOW! As a person with Afro hair that is delicate and easily tangled, Kelly would be the most gentle and skilled person that has ever handled my hair. I am really pleased to have discovered and visit this salon, despite my 1.5hour travel from outside London albeit well worth it! With their professionalism and impeccable service, I’d consider the salon a hidden gem on the High Street. I’m definitely going to book my third visit shortly.

My experience with both Saaida and Sarah has been flawless. I initially had a number of questions and reservations regarding laser hair removal and due to my health conditions, needed reassurance.
