AMAZING session in the infra red sauna, mark was very informative , friendly and welcoming! We felt amazing after the treatment and can imagine if you have any pain / skin conditions this would be great. highly highly recommend.

We had an amazing experience at time to float! It was our birthday so I treated my brother to an experience and also my mom. From start to finish we were looked after and you could tell everything was really carefully organised to ensure we had a really special experience! Thanks so much for making our day special and helping us feel relaxed, I recommend to everyone to try the floatation tank it’s amazing!! Every time I have a treatment here it’s always top class , Mark and his staff are just fabulous and totally look after me throughout my visit. Time to Float is just going from strength to strength with new treatments added the is something for everyone. Don’t delay , treat yourself today ! Very Highly Recommend 💯

Did the fire and ice treatment today with my husband. It’s was amazing helped soothe my husbands sports injury and left me feeling energised. Excellent, friendly service we will definitely be returning.

No matter if it was a massage, a facial or sauna I had an amazing experience. The door closed, you are greeted with a soft, calm voice and you just unwind, calm down and are ready for an amazing experience. P.S. I felt asleep during my facial. That says it all :)

As a first time floater, I wasn't sure what to expect. Mark was brilliant about setting me at ease and explaining everything. The floatation experience was amazing - I was so comfortable, and woke myself up snoring twice!! As a chronic health warrior, I came out of the session in significantly less pain than I went in with, and also slept like a log that night, which is a big rarity. Highly recommended, and I will definitely be back soon. :)

As a parent, I was nervous about introducing something new to my son, Kez, who has severe autism , having no speech. and is often apprehensive about new experiences. After a car accident left him with back pain, traditional treatments weren’t an option. Thankfully, we discovered Time to Float. Kez was hesitant at first, but Mark's calm and compassionate approach made all the difference. He explained every step, ensuring Kez felt safe and understood what to expect. Welcoming staff offering overview of foot treatment. Lovely fresh smelling towels. Use of infra red sauna with such lovely feel good benefits. Calm, zen environment. Feel refreshed & relaxed.

First visit and extremely pleased. Having broken my patella I wasn’t too sure if I would manage getting into the flotation tank. I was allowed to take a look around before committing to treatment. Staff very friendly, helpful & knowledgeable . Have booked further sessions.

This was an amazing experience and one that I intend to repeat. I suffer with fibromyalgia and the floatation tank instantly relaxed my muscles and took most of the pain away. The owner is really friendly, helpful and informative as a fibro sufferer himself, he certainly knows how chronic pain affects you and has lots of empathy. If you suffer with an my kind of pain, stress, or just need to unwind, I highly recommend this therapy, especially if you’re like me and always looking for alternative treatments to prescription meds.

I've booked Fire & Ice treatment and can say it was such calming and revitalising experience, the whole centre is beautiful and calming too. Will definitely be back as well :)
