Had my appointment with Diego today and he made sure I understood the root of my problem and how to deal with it! We did several things and pays attention to detail when trying to figure out the cause of the problem! I went for a 'Relaxation massage' at Holistic Rising yesterday. In terms of the booking process - it was quick and easy, and they offered lots of different time slots. The price was also reasonable, in my opinion - £60 for 60 minutes. The massage and my masseuse, Sharon, were brilliant. She personalised my experience by asking what oil I wanted, if I wanted music or not, what pressure I wanted, and if there were any focus areas. The reason why I haven't given this experience a 5 star rating is because there was quite a lot of chatter outside the room - which made me feel less relaxed.

I will suggest Maria to anyone in the world!! She fixed my body and my mind in this past year in a way that I was not able to do myself. She helped me to relieve old muscle knots and drain fluids in my body through a mix of trauma release massages and lymphatic drainages. My body started to feel lighter, my legs less swollen, my period came back after many years of amenorrhea. Last time I went, I told her I was feeling all blocked on my sinuses due to a cold, and she suggested a face drainage and ear candles treatment. I enjoyed my session thoroughly. Jeanette, is very patiently and talks you through the after care after every session. she is very friendly and professional. I highly recommend Jzenn. I have had wood therapy with her and that was also amazing.

JZenn is an amazing masseuse. I had a very relaxing deep tissue massage. She's Very friendly and walks with you through every step of the process. She ends with tips on how to continue your self care journey. She's amazing.

Where do I even start? Jen is very professional. Love her vibe. The massage was amazing! My body felt brand new after. I’ve been having shoulder pains, and she got rid of them.

First time I had a massage after 1-2 years (was very much needed) and this was my first time with this lovely lady. The aromatherapy massage was SO relaxing and she made me feel like I have been here several times already; very friendly, polite and professional. I’m always tense/anxious without realising and she understood this and worked with me, I actually nodded off for a little bit, which is very rare for me!😅 Lovely experience, definitely recommend and will be back.

I had an incredible shoulder massage with Jen. She focused on the areas of tension with just the right amount of pressure, effectively relieving tightness. The experience was both soothing and effective. I was much more relaxed and free from discomfort. Highly recommend!

I received an excellent Hijama treatment from Shahana fatimah . I suffered from back and neck shoulder pain. She has a very calm nature, and provides an excellent and professional service. I am very happy with the treatment I have received and i recommend to anyone who wants massage or cupping.
