Third time with Josh, great guy, down to earth, great service. Puts you at ease and talks you through everything he does, while checking if you’re ok or if in any pain or discomfort. Today was my first time using acupuncture and dry cups. Josh talked me through how it all works, what I can expect. Focused on the areas I needed. Not sure if it’s all in my mind but already can feel a little bit of a difference, looking forward to seeing how it’s worked over the next few weeks. Thank you again Josh.

Great - professional and thorough. Very knowledgeable and helped with my issues instantly.

I've previously been to different physio therapists as well as an osteopath, and after months and months of appointments, there were no long term improvements. My ache would settle for a week maybe but by the time my next appointment came, I would be back to square one. Whereas I have noticed a huge difference from just 2 appointments with Josh! I've just had my third appointment but I didn't feel like my aches had reverted back to how they originally felt, instead my appointments feel like we're continuing to improve my neck/shoulder issue instead of being stuck in the same cycle 🙌
