First time at bamboo spa Papanui and it was a fantastic way to end the day together for us. I highly recommend this business, and the professional, skilled ladies. We had a couples sweedish massage with ventosa cupping and it was absolutely amazing. Both my partner and myself walked in feeling sore, tired, with tight muscles and stress, pain from weeks of busy work life. The calm and positive vibes, atmosphere along with the amazing skilled massages left us both feeling relaxed, unwound and destressed. Thank you Bamboo spa and the lovely staff at Papanui branch, we will definitely return.

Stephanie is the best! Very professional and so strong! She found all the knots in my back - even the ones I was not aware of. My aches and pains have subsided on my shoulder, back and neck also with cupping so I will definitely return for more!

Today i booked in for a full body massage with cupping because my body had been in pain from day to day physical work which took a toll on my muscles over the past weeks. I dont normally pay for massages as they’re usually too expensive but this time i thought id treat myself to one. This service was unrushed, calm and intentional Best massage ever! Best massage Ive had in Christchurch. Had me falling asleep toward the end. Would definitely recommend this place to anybody. The pressure was amazing, did cupping for the first time I was a bit scared at first but great results. 10/10 will be back 😊

We treat patients with kind and innovative manual therapy and acupuncture.

Anthony is great! He’s very caring, thorough, pleasant and professional to deal with, definitely recommend him! His acupuncture and cupping has definitely helped with my back and shoulder problems.

John did a really great job with the acupuncture, cupping and massage! I have 2 degenerative discs in my lower back and still do weightlifting which can impinge my nerves and affect mobility. After one session yesterday, I have full mobility and no nerve impingement today! Will be coming back again :-)
