Today I met Sam for the first time and it felt like I was meeting up with an old friend. It was a great bonus to the honest to god best haircut this curly hair girl has ever had!

Sam was so thorough with explaining my hair care process. They listened and answered all of my questions. I love my curly haircut and the experience was wonderful!!! :))

I really loved how transparent Sam’s conversation was through the entire process. Lots of choices offered with the desire that I be happy even after leaving, and that this should be affordable. No pressure to purchase product if I don’t need any but offer to explain how they work. Very relaxing experience and I am looking forward to my next cut! Thank you, Sam!
