I recently took my 5yo daughter to Hair at O’Neills in Fareham for a haircut, and we had a wonderful experience! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warmth and friendliness, which made my daughter feel so comfortable. Her stylist, Sam, was absolutely lovely – she was patient, kind, and really engaging with my daughter throughout the whole process. My little one was especially excited by all the festive Christmas decorations around the salon. Sam did a fantastic job with my daughter’s hair. The entire experience was stress-free, fun, and enjoyable.

A wonderfully warm welcome awaited my elderly mum and nothing was too much trouble as staff sought to make her comfortable. She relished every moment of pampering and is now walking proudly with her truly lovely haircut. It’s even better than she thought it could be! Thank you Salon 102 and especially to Lydia the stylist for working her ‘magic’.

Once again, another great haircut by Kerry. Been coming to Nirvana for about 18months, Every haircut has been great. Kerry listens to what I want and advises me as well. Salon is very friendly. Online booking is easy to use, you can see instantly what times and days are available.
