I have had botox elsewhere before, but never had it explained properly which Nicki did and how having it in different places will suit me best. Also unlike where I have been before no pressure to have any other treatments ie, fillers. Thank you so much.

Bit disappointed as I had booked with Frank, not informed that he wasn't in the salon today, therapist I had was fine, but would be nice to be informed of changes as every time I go there is another therapist who I haven't seen before

Sarah and Dr Falcone have been treating my daughter, who happens to be autistic, for her exhaustion. She can a bit awkward around people but says that Sarah and Dr Falcone have the perfect blend of professionalism, approachable, warm, welcomeness that just make her feel so at ease.

My first visit to Nicki & am so pleased I booked with her! She was very thorough during the consultation, made me feel completely at ease and so comfortable during the Botox I didn’t feel a thing! Beautiful treatment room too!

Have made 3 visits here now. Always receive excellent advice and service.
